Kappam Foundation – Plant Saplings

The Kappam Foundation organized a tree planting event on October 7, 2023, at 9:00 AM. The event was a significant effort to contribute to environmental sustainability and was graced by the presence of Dr. Vaithyanathan, IAS Commissioner of Trichy Corporation, as the Guest of Honor. Notably, Rtn. Hanifa from our Rotary club was one of the supporters of this initiative. Event Highlights: The event kicked off with a warm welcome to all attendees and participants who gathered to plant saplings in the local area. Dr. Vaithyanathan, IAS Commissioner of Trichy Corporation, delivered an inspiring address highlighting the importance of tree planting and its positive impact on the environment. Participants, including Rtn. Hanifa, actively took part in the tree planting, contributing to the foundation’s mission of increasing green cover in the community. The event fostered a sense of community and environmental responsibility, as attendees bonded over the shared goal of a greener and more sustainable future.
